A message dated March 26, 2008, was read stating the Governor                                                                   
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 259(efd add)                                                                                                 
    "An Act establishing the first week of every March as Alaska
